Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

You may recieve a full refund within 24 hours of booking a workshop.  After 24 hours bookings are non-refundable.  If you are unable to attend your workshop, you have two options:

 

1. You may move your registration to another Pick A Project workshop that takes places within 30 days of your missed workshop.

2. If you are unable to complete option 1, you may complete your project as a DIY Kit. A DIY kit differs from a togo kit in the following ways: 

  • A DIY kit is only for those who have missed a workshop.

  • You will receive raw wood, which you will sand and stain at home.

  • You will receive all the supplies to create your project at home from start to finish, just as you would during a workshop. Note: It is important to use stain within 24 hours or transfer to a non-plastic container, as the plastic will melt.

  Your DIY kit will ONLY be available at your scheduled workshop ​or at our next two weekly pick-up dates.
